MMG Ltd's Las Bambas copper mine in Peru will shut down as the talks between the company and the Chumbivilcas community failed.

SHANGHAI, Dec 17 (SMM) – MMG Ltd's Las Bambas copper mine in Peru will shut down as the talks between the company and the Chumbivilcas community failed.

Credit Suisse thus downgraded MMG’s rating and the target price. As of the closing of trading on December 16, the stock prices of MMG fell by 5.35%, with the largest intraday drop of more than 10%.
